We start each client with a Fitness Evaluation, then combine this with your individual Fitness Goals and write a custom program, rolling it into our comprehensive “Three Level” 52-week individualized conditioning program. The work we do together yields things such as; correcting Body-Mechanic Imbalances & Posture. Zero in on body weaknesses, create stabilization, coordination and balance working from the core muscles outward. Build Strength, or muscle and Tone Muscle while reviving up your ability to burn body-fat easily. With this system of conditioning, combined with our on-line food program, you will attain your goals!
