Description: Our Lady of Lourdes Health Promotion Center is a modern health club and medically-based wellness facility open to the general public. Our staff of professionals includes Health Educators, Exercise Specialists, Personal Trainers, Group Exercise Leaders and Massage Therapists. Members receive a comprehensive fitness/lifestyle evaluation (includes a sub-max treadmill test, assessment of muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, blood lipids and completion of the Personal Wellness Profile questionnaire. After receiving their individualized exercise consultation, clients can pursue their goals through participation in land or water aerobics, studio cycling classes, lap swimming or use of the numerous cardiovascular and strength training machine available
