Description: Pacific Ring Sports is becoming the choice gym in Oakland for traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. All of our trainers are current or former professionals that love to teach. Free weight room area, locker rooms available. Choose from early morning, midday or evening classes. It's a unique space unlike any of the mainstream gyms you see today, with 4600 square feet of open space, Olympic size ring, tons of kickboxing and boxing equipment? including six 300-lb full length heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags; kick pads, and sparring gear. For one price you can train unlimited classes in any or all of the arts offered. Hit the bags on your own between classes, or cross train in our full weight room.
