Description: Palmetto Pilates is a private studio. The instructor will develop a program designed specifically for each individual. Small and large spring resistance equipment may be used in training sessions. The instructor will talk the client through each exercise by using images and cues. Mat exercises may also be incorporated in training sessions and encouraged to do at home for an enhanced Pilates program. A normal session lasts 55 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
Palmetto Pilates uses brand new equipment recommended and used by Pilates professionals everywhere. Available for training are a Stott Rehab Reformer with Tower, Physicalmind Slit Pedal Chair, Spine Corrector, Disk Boards, Pilates Rings, Stability Ball and Bands
