Membership includes a thorough health history and fitness assessment. Most importantly, our experienced and certified staff is available daily to assist you to monitor your progress and restructure your program, in order to optimize your goals. Fitness for EveryBODY! Premier Health & Fitness Clubs offer complete lines of cardio equipment, resistance equipment, free weights, as well as exercise studios, pilates, kickboxing, cycling, group exercise classes, Fit Kidz Club and climbing walls. In addition to our luxurious locker rooms, you will find saunas, steam rooms, tanning and child care Whatever you're looking for in a health and fitness regimen, you'll find it here. You can access as many or as few of the organized programs as you choose while still having use of our extensive equipment. Our club also provides a friendly, motivating and energizing environment for your physical activities. Your fellow members and our trained professionals are both on hand to guide and support you. If a class atmosphere works for you, we offer dozens of regularly scheduled fitness and exercise programs. We also provide the solution to a common stumbling block to regular exercise: The Weather! Here you can exercise whenever you choose without regard to outside temperature and humidity. Our club is also a safe place to exercise featuring an accredited emergency response plan and employees trained in CPR and first aid. Come in and check us out. Memberships as low as $29 per month!
