Description: Yoga and Meditation in Montclair, New Jersey. Yoga Desha offers yoga classes. There are group yoga classes in Upper Montclair offered Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Private yoga sessions are available by appointment. Private yoga sessions are great for beginners, yogis with specific goals, athletes, those with injuries. Rebecca Bergstrom, E-RYT 500 teaches patiently and carefully. She is sensitive to each yoga student. Therapuetic yoga is one of our special focuses. We have taught students with many different therapuetic issues; everything from bad knees and backs to ALS, MS, and emotional trauma. If you want to practice yoga and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the world, Yoga Desha is for you
