Description: Don Sr. opened Rookies Sportcards Plus on April 12, 1992. Retired from real estate, Don wanted to make a business of his lifelong love of sports and recent love of card collecting. And fish out on the back deck. Sons Don Jr. and Jack were soon helping out, and within a year, fresh out of college and looking for a job, Jack started working full-time. A full commitment to comic books was in place by the mid-90's and by the late 90's gaming had taken hold too!
