Description: On BLM land at 4000'. Can be snow covered in winter. Mature forest with some ground cover, a creek and pond, and elevation. Maps & scorecards - 'Shale City' at website.
Directions: I-5: exit 14 Ashland. East on Hwy 66, 0.7 miles to left on Dead Indian Memorial Rd., 6.7 miles to left on Shale City Rd., 3.2 miles to course. 1st tee in woods on right side of road - 300' up the road from the pond.
