Description: Lafayette Escadrille R/C Club was founded in 1989 by a small group of flyers within another club who wanted to preserve the spirit of Sport and Giant Scale flying. Originally the club was the Giant Scale chapter of Acadiana R/C Club and was chartered through the IMAA.
